Our Signature Grey Ditsy Floral Halter Neck Pleated Dress

Our featured grey base ditsy floral halter neck pleated maxi dress uses a high-waist flared silhouette. It flatters waist, hips and legs, creating a slimming 3:7 body proportion.

The halter V-neck with a decorative button elongates the neckline. The 5/4 flutter sleeves add a soft, elegant look. The elastic gathered waist fits most body types comfortably.

The pleated A-line maxi skirt offers excellent drape and flow. Made from lightweight chiffon/rayon pleated fabric, it is breathable, wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for.

The ditsy floral print is soft, even and colorfast. Every detail is built around strict factory quality standards for export markets.

Our factory has 18+ years of experience in women’s dress production and supports full OEM/ODM customization for brands in USA, Europe, Australia and Canada.

Complete Factory Quality Control System for Custom Dresses

Quality control at TosinFashion is not a single step. It is a 6-stage closed-loop system that runs from fabric incoming to final shipment.

Each stage has clear checkpoints, measurable standards and record-keeping. This system ensures consistency for every custom dress order.

1. Fabric & Print Incoming QC (Before Cutting)

We inspect every roll of fabric and printed material before it enters production.

  • Color consistency: We check the entire roll for shading. Color difference must be within ΔE ≤ 1.0.
  • Print inspection: For ditsy floral dresses, we verify print clarity, registration and placement. No smudging, fading or misalignment allowed.
  • Pleat quality check: We test pleat durability, spacing and recovery rate. Pleats must hold shape after washing.
  • Defect screening: Holes, stains, uneven dyeing or weaving flaws result in automatic rejection. Our fabric acceptance rate is maintained above 98%. Only approved materials move forward. We also test fabric shrinkage (max 3%) and colorfastness to washing and rubbing to meet EU and US standards.

2. Pattern & Marker Verification QC

Before cutting, our technical team double-checks all patterns against your tech pack.

  • Measurement accuracy: All pattern pieces are within ±0.5 cm tolerance.
  • Pleat spacing alignment: Ensures even pleats on the skirt and symmetrical design.
  • Print layout planning: We arrange markers to avoid broken floral patterns at seams.
  • Size grading review: Confirms consistent grading for XS–XXL for markets like USA, Australia and Europe. This step prevents sizing errors and asymmetrical finished dresses.

3. Cutting & Layer Control QC

Cutting quality directly affects sewing and fitting.

  • Layer inspection: Every 10 layers checked for alignment, especially for printed and striped fabrics.
  • Edge smoothness: No rough or frayed edges allowed.
  • Bundling control: Each bundle is labeled with size, color and style to avoid mixing. For this pleated dress, we cut pleated sections separately to maintain uniform fold direction.

4. In-Line Sewing & Craftsmanship QC

Our sewing floor uses real-time quality checks to avoid rework.

  • Stitch density standard: 12–14 stitches per inch for woven chiffon/rayon.
  • Seam allowance control: 1.0–1.5 cm for main seams, with overlock finishing to prevent fraying.
  • Pleat sewing check: Ensures pleats are evenly secured and do not shift during wear.
  • Halter neck & ruffle cuff inspection: Symmetry, neat stitching and clean attachment.
  • Needle breakage control: All machines have auto-stop needle detectors.Supervisors conduct random checks every 2 hours. Defective pieces are removed immediately.

5. Finishing & Semi-Finished Inspection

After sewing, each dress goes through manual finishing and pre-inspection.

  • Hand thread trimming: No visible loose threads on any part of the dress.
  • Steam pressing: Temperature controlled at 150–160°C for chiffon/rayon to avoid shine or burn marks.
  • Fitting check: Dresses are tried on a standard size form to verify silhouette and drape.
  • Button pull test: Buttons must withstand 3 kg of pull force. 5% of each batch is tested.Only dresses passing this step move to packaging.

6. Third-Party AQL Inspection & Final Audit

All export orders require independent third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek or your chosen company).

Inspectors randomly sample 80 pieces per 1,000 dresses based on AQL 2.5 standard.

Key inspection points:

  • Measurement tolerance within ±1 cm
  • No sewing defects, puckering or uneven pleats
  • Print alignment and color matching to approved sample
  • Zipper/button function and labeling accuracy
  • Packaging integrity and carton labelingOur average third-party pass rate is 96.5%. Failed orders are fully reworked and re-inspected.

Packaging & Secure Shipping for Global Markets

Each dress is folded with tissue paper to prevent creasing, then packed in an individual polybag.

Export cartons hold 30 dresses, sized 60×40×30 cm and under 25 kg for safe handling.

We ship to USA, Europe, Canada and Australia by sea or air, with full documentation including invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

Low MOQ & Flexible Customization

We support MOQ as low as 50 pieces per style for custom dresses. Samples take 10–15 days, with fees deducted from bulk orders.

Our full QC system is applied to both small batches and large production runs, giving new and established brands reliable quality they can trust.
