We strictly control knitting density across all pieces. For standard jersey knitting, we keep 28–32 stitches per inch. This avoids distortion or shrinkage after washing. Rib structures at cuffs and hems are tested for shape recovery; a rate above 85% is required for export.

Before shipment, every batch must pass third-party inspection by ASAHI・LINK. Inspectors test fabric performance, sewing quality, color fastness and dimensional stability under AQL 2.5 standards.
