The textured fabric has excellent drapability, clinging softly to the body curve without being see-through. Before production, all fabrics undergo strict pre-production testing, including shrinkage, colorfastness, and tensile strength tests. We control the fabric shrinkage rate below 3%, ensuring the garment retains its shape and texture after multiple washes.
For the long tie detail, we carefully match the fabric tension to avoid stretching or curling after washing. The fabric is pre-treated with a professional color-fixing process, ensuring it resists fading and bleeding even after 30+ washes.
Our 100+ skilled workers focus on every sewing detail. The joint of the halter neck, one-shoulder strap, and tie is neatly stitched, with reinforced stitching at stress points to ensure durability. The waist gathers are evenly distributed, fitting naturally to the waist without fabric bunching.
The neckline, armholes, and hem all adopt fine binding craftsmanship, with smooth edges and no loose threads, enhancing the overall quality of the finished product.
