Our featured cream lattice knit cardigan is a short, feminine style with classic French charm. It sits at the waistline, creating a high-waisted look that pairs perfectly with high-rise bottoms.
The scalloped Peter Pan collar has soft wave edges, adding vintage sweetness and elevating the delicate openwork design. A single row of cream pearl buttons runs down the front, balancing function and elegance.
The short sleeves end at the elbow, with matching lattice knit and ribbed cuffs to flatter the arms. This style is ideal for spring and summer layering, making it popular with brands in the USA, Europe, and Australia.
We offer full OEM/ODM customization of this design, including length, collar style, and button details for your brand’s collection.
Fabric Selection & Yarn Customization

This cardigan uses soft cotton-blend knit fabric, lightweight and breathable for warm weather. It has a soft, skin-friendly hand feel and excellent drape that resists stretching.
Our factory works with a range of yarn blends, including cotton, cotton-acrylic, and mohair blends. We adjust the GSM (grams per square meter) based on your target market’s climate.
For example, we use lighter 120–150 GSM blends for European and Australian clients. For Canadian brands needing warmer styles, we offer thicker 180–200 GSM options.
We pre-test every fabric batch for shrinkage (≤3%) and colorfastness before production. We can also source organic cotton or OEKO-TEX certified yarns to meet regional safety standards.
Lattice Openwork Knitting: Precision at Every Step
The core of this cardigan is the symmetrical lattice openwork pattern. It is created using alternating knit and purl stitches, forming an airy, lace-like texture.
Our knitting machines are calibrated to maintain consistent stitch tension across the entire garment. The front, back, and sleeves all feature perfectly aligned lattice motifs.

Ribbed knit finishes on the hem, cuffs, and collar prevent stretching and improve durability. This is especially important for openwork styles, which are prone to shape loss over time.
We offer custom openwork patterns and stitch densities. Our technical team works directly with designers to ensure the final knit matches the approved sketch.
Pattern Making & Sample Development
Every custom cardigan begins with pattern engineering. Our team analyzes the design to ensure it is production-ready. We adjust the pattern for knit fabric stretch, preventing sizing issues after washing.
We create graded size charts for XS to XXL, adapting fit for regional markets. For example, US sizes often require more ease than standard European fits.

The sampling process includes three rounds: a prototype, a fit sample, and a pre-production sample. This lets you test fabric, stitch quality, and fit before bulk production.
We provide detailed tech packs with measurements, yarn specifications, and stitch guides. Our team also offers pattern modifications based on your feedback.
Production & In-Line Quality Control
Once the sample is approved, production moves to our dedicated knit lines. Our team follows a structured workflow to maintain consistency across large orders.

Every batch undergoes three quality checks:
- Raw material inspection: Verifies yarn color, weight, and quality.
- In-line QC: Checks stitch consistency, pattern alignment, and finishing during production.
- Final random inspection: Tests for defects, loose threads, and button security. We also support third-party inspection by ASAHI·LINK at your request. Inspectors verify compliance with AQL standards before shipment.
Low MOQ & Global Shipping

We understand the pressure of large minimum orders for new brands. Our standard MOQ is only 50 pieces per design. This allows startups in Canada, the USA, and Europe to test styles without overstocking.
For bulk orders, we can handle quantities up to 5,000 pieces per month. We offer flexible lead times: 15–20 days for small batches and 30–45 days for large runs.
We ship to all major markets, including the USA, Australia, Canada, France, the Netherlands, and Spain. Sea freight takes 18–35 days, while air freight is available for urgent orders.
All shipments include full documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and ASAHI·LINK inspection report. We also provide care labels in your target language.
