Tosinfashion runs full garment manufacturing lines for women’s denim items in Dongguan. We cooperate with 10 certified denim fabric manufacturers in Guangdong province.
Our warehouse stores 8oz to 14oz denim all year, covering light summer fabric and thick winter fabric for female apparel. We control fabric shrinkage rate below 3.2% through pre-wash treatment.
Clients from USA, Canada and Netherlands can adjust cotton blend ratio between 92% and 98%. Stretch denim with 2% spandex is available for fitted denim skirt styles.
We stock eco OEKO-TEX denim rolls for European and Australian sustainable fashion brands. Our factory supports full fabric OEM customization based on your market positioning.
2. Independent Washing Partner & Multiple Custom Wash Crafts
Wash treatment sets the core texture of every women’s denim skirt. We sign long-term contracts with a qualified washing factory 12km away from our workshop.
We launch 6 mature wash solutions for global buyers, including stone wash, enzyme soft wash, acid bleach, sand fading, manual rip distressing and vintage cat whisker craft.
Each wash formula will be tested on pre-production samples before mass cutting. Our lab strictly test color fastness of all washed denim to avoid color transfer during wearing.
For French and Australian clothing suppliers, we create exclusive wash tones without extra trial fees. Our ODM wash service completes all sample tests within 4 working days for orders over 50 pieces.
3. Custom Hardware, Trims & Embroidery Processing Details
Small accessories decide the durability and brand uniqueness of women’s denim skirts. We adopt anti-rust alloy buttons and thick rivets for all bulk production orders.
90% of our overseas clients pick YKK zippers as standard matching parts. We engrave brand logos on metal buttons and rivets at zero additional cost for OEM projects.
Soft pure cotton pocket lining is the standard accessory. Recycled cotton lining can be replaced for eco-focused brands from European countries.
We equip 8-head automatic embroidery machines inside our plant. The machines finish back pocket patterns, waist logo embroidery and side decorative stitching neatly. All embroidery threads pass color bleed tests before use.

Thick denim layers bring higher sewing difficulty for all workers. We arrange three separate in-line quality checks during cutting, sewing and finishing stages.
Inspectors use fixed force tools to pull test every button and rivet. Loose or broken fittings get fully replaced before moving to the next production station.
After all internal QC standards are met, we invite ASAHI・LINK professional auditors to inspect all orders above 50 pieces on site.
Third-party staff test four core indicators: denim shrinkage, stitching tension, wash color fastness and hardware anti-rust performance. We only arrange shipment after receiving full qualified inspection reports.
Our factory keeps 99.1 qualified delivery rate for women’s denim skirt bulk orders in the past 8 years. All defective products found in inspection get remade free of charge for buyers.
