Multiple classic neck styles are optional, including crew neck, V-neck, scoop neck and boat neck. Our flexible MOQ policy adapts to brands at different development stages. The minimum order quantity is only 200 pieces per single design, greatly lowering the entry threshold for small and medium startup brands to launch new products. In addition, our complete production lines can undertake large-scale bulk orders up to 50,000 pieces per style for mature retail brands. We independently developed more than 120 new women’s T-shirt styles in 2025, covering casual, daily and basic versatile styles. We also launch 40 ready-made ODM samples every season, which can shorten brand product development cycles by nearly 50%. All pre-developed styles pass production feasibility tests in advance to ensure smooth mass production. Premium Fabrics with Full Support
Fabric quality directly determines the wearing comfort, skin-friendliness and service life of women’s T-shirts. We strictly cooperate with certified and qualified domestic fabric mills in China to source all raw materials. Our mature fabric library stores more than 200 qualified fabric types, covering mainstream market options such as pure cotton, skin-friendly organic cotton, cotton-spandex blends, soft modal and breathable Tencel materials. Every batch of incoming fabrics will undergo strict pre-production physical testing before formal cutting and sewing.
Our factory stably controls core fabric indicators. The finished product shrinkage rate is strictly kept below 2%, and the fabric pilling resistance reaches grade 4 out of 5, fully meeting international export standards. We support personalized customization of fabric weight from 120gsm lightweight thin styles to 240gsm thickened durable styles. We also provide professional custom dyeing services, with a first lab dip color accuracy rate of 95% to avoid color deviation. To cater to the growing sustainable fashion trend, nearly 30% of our current production adopts recycled and eco-friendly fabrics. Our factory can provide targeted fabric selection, performance testing and personalized processing services according to the positioning and market demands of European and American women’s brands.
Printing and Embellishment Options
We are equipped with complete professional printing and embroidery supporting production lines, realizing integrated decoration processing for women’s T-shirts. Our optional crafts include high-definition screen printing, clear digital printing and diverse delicate embroidery processes. We own 4 automatic printing carousel devices, with a maximum daily production capacity of 5,000 printed T-shirts, ensuring efficient delivery of bulk orders.
All decorative processes pass strict professional wash tests. Our printed and embroidered patterns can withstand more than 30 repeated washing cycles without fading, cracking or peeling. The color consistency of bulk products in different production batches remains above 90%, ensuring unified visual effect of the whole order. The MOQ for all custom printing and embroidery processes is unified at 200 pieces, matching our flexible order policy. We integrate all decorative customization into the whole manufacturing process without secondary outsourcing. Efficient Sampling and Production
Fast sampling and stable mass production are core advantages of our ODM service. Our independent sample room is equipped with 12 professional and experienced technical technicians, who can complete more than 35 qualified custom samples every week. The standard sampling cycle based on complete tech packs is 7 working days. We also support urgent rush sampling service, which can deliver finished samples within 4 days to meet clients’ rapid iteration needs.
Our factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with 8 dedicated cut-and-sew production lines for knitted T-shirts. We adopt a standardized ERP management system to track every production link and order progress in real time. The average bulk production lead time for conventional orders is 35 working days, and the reorder production cycle can be shortened to 25 days. Our on-time delivery rate has remained stable at 96% for three consecutive years. We also support mixed-style and mixed-color combined shipment to flexibly adapt to clients’ inventory plans. Rigorous Quality Control with ASAHI·LINK
We implement multi-level full-process quality control mechanisms to strictly control product quality. Comprehensive inline inspections are carried out after fabric cutting, semi-finished sewing and finished product shaping. All unqualified products will be reworked immediately to ensure batch consistency. On the basis of internal self-inspection, we cooperate with the authoritative third-party inspection institution ASAHI·LINK.
All export orders will receive independent and unbiased sampling inspection before shipment, fully following international AQL 2.5 quality standards. The third-party inspection covers garment size accuracy, sewing workmanship, decorative firmness and fabric safety indicators. Our product third-party pass rate reaches 98.7%, and the overall defective rate is steadily controlled below 0.5%. We will provide complete and official inspection reports for every batch of goods. Up to now, our customer return rate caused by quality problems is less than 0.2%. Our dual internal and external QC system provides authoritative and reliable quality certification for women’s T-shirts exported to global markets.
Global Shipping to Key Markets
We cooperate with many long-term certified international freight agents to provide diversified and cost-effective logistics solutions. Our core service markets cover the USA, Canada, France, Netherlands, Australia and other mainstream European and Oceanian regions. We provide flexible shipping methods including air freight, sea freight and global express delivery according to clients’ delivery time requirements.
We have stable logistics time limits for major markets. Air freight to the USA takes 5 to 7 working days, while sea freight to Long Beach Port takes about 18 days. Sea freight to Rotterdam in the Netherlands takes 28 to 30 days, and sea shipment to Sydney, Australia takes around 20 days. Our professional logistics team completes all export customs declaration documents in advance and provides real-time cargo tracking service. More than 95% of shipments are delivered on schedule. We also support door-to-door delivery services for small-batch custom orders. Our full-link logistics services reduce operational costs and risks for overseas women’s clothing suppliers.
