In addition, we reinforce all stress-bearing positions to prevent damage. Pocket corners and fly openings are equipped with dense bartacks. Each bartack contains 28 to 32 locked stitches for stable fixing. Automatic pressing machines install all metal rivets and buttons, with each hardware part sustaining over 15 kg pulling force.
For bottom hem processing, we apply neat double-needle stitching with a 1.5 cm folded edge. Apart from manual inspection, every finished denim piece passes professional metal detector scanning. This step completely removes broken needle fragments and eliminates hidden safety risks.
According to our long-term production data of over 50,000 denim pieces, the overall defective rate is controlled below 0.4%.
