Our standard sampling cycle for all custom hoodie styles is only 3 to 5 working days, greatly shortening clients’ new product preparation cycle.

Stable product quality is the foundation of long-term cross-border cooperative relationships. We implement strict multi-process internal inspection during the whole hoodie production process. Skilled QC staff conduct manual full inspection on each finished hoodie, focusing on stitching uniformity, thread trimming cleanliness, fabric flatness and accessory firmness.
More importantly, we adhere to a zero-compromise quality rule: all finished export goods must pass 100% full inspection by authoritative ASAHI・LINK third-party organization. Professional inspectors strictly follow international AQL inspection standards to test product size stability, color fastness and overall workmanship.
Once unqualified products are detected, we will arrange full rework and secondary inspection immediately without extra charges for clients. We never deliver defective goods to clients in USA, Europe, Australia and Canada. All official inspection reports will be sorted and delivered with the goods. Our dual internal and external quality control system effectively reduces clients’ after-sales risks and brand losses in overseas markets.
